Do you sell tickets on this website?
No. This website is an independent visitor guide and does not sell tickets or process
any payments. For bookings, please use official Petronas Twin Towers channels or authorised ticket
providers listed in your search results or travel documentation.
Is this the official Petronas Twin Towers website?
No. This site is managed by Skyline Horizons Travel Media Sdn. Bhd. as an independent information resource.
It does not represent the official operators of the towers.
Where exactly are the towers located?
The towers stand in Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), next to the Suria KLCC mall and KLCC Park.
This area is a central hub with shops, restaurants and public spaces.
How long should I plan for the visit?
As a rough guide, plan for around 1–2 hours including arrival, security, Skybridge and observation deck.
If you plan to explore Suria KLCC or the park, add extra time.
What should I wear?
Smart casual clothing is usually acceptable. Very revealing or beach-style clothing may feel out of place.
Comfortable footwear is recommended.
Can I bring a tripod or professional camera?
Policies can change, but in many cases large professional equipment like tripods is restricted.
Small personal cameras and phones are typically fine as long as you follow staff instructions and do not
block walkways.
Is the visit suitable for children?
Many families do visit. Children should be supervised closely, especially near windows and glass barriers.
Some height or age limits may apply for safety reasons.
Can you help with lost items or emergencies?
No. We do not have access to on-site records or systems. For lost property, urgent issues or emergencies,
please speak directly to official staff at the Petronas Twin Towers or use the contact details provided
in official communications.
